By using Suljee ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Suljee. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Purchases and Licenses

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated by the developer.
• A license grants you the right to use the software on your own devices; you may not redistribute it.
• Suljee takes a platform fee; the remainder goes to the developer.

4. Developer Terms

• Developers warrant they own or have rights to all submitted content.
• Apps must not contain malware, spyware, or unauthorized data collection.
• Suljee may remove apps that violate these terms without notice.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property, or circumvent license verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suljee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
